PHYSICIANS PER 10,000 PEOPLE (2001-13)

Nepal has the lowest number of physicians per 10,000 people in South Asia. Nepal has only two physicians for every 10,000 population which is very far behind the World Health Organization standard of 10 physician for 10,000 population.
