Students from Uniglobe College have won the idea hunt competition held at School of Management Tribhuvan University (SOMTU).
The programme, ‘Idea Hunt -Discover What’s Possible’ was held on the fifth day of the weeklong Management Break 2017. A total of 7 idea presentations were made on the occasion, among them Uniglobe College came victorious in the competition. The programme was supported by Bikas Udhyami, an organization working for the entrepreneurial development.
Similarly, Kings College had won the SOMTU Business Debate competition held the previous day. Along with the debate competition, the college also had won QFiesta- an Inter College Business Quiz contest held on the third day of the programme.
On Friday, Job Fair, Mad-Ads and Photo Story contest will be held.
With various such activities, the programme seeks to provide a platform to gather students from different universities to expose their potentials and competitiveness, as well as enhance networking and interaction among them. It also seeks to improve the participants’ logical thinking and negotiation skills, aiding them in becoming better managers and decision-makers in the future.
The weeklong programme will conclude on Saturday, May 27 with the organizing of cultural extravaganza and award distribution ceremony.
