सुनिता कार्की, कृष्णमणि बराल, सलमान खान मंसिर ६, २०८१ बिहीबार काठमाडौं/भैरहवा/पोखरा : सामान्यतयाः काठमाडौं–दुबईको हवाई भाडा ४० देखि ४५ हजार थियो। श्रमिकको प्रमुख आकर्षणको केन्द्र दुबईको भाडा हाल दोब्बरले बढेको छ। अर्थात्, ९० हजार नेपाली रुपैयाँमा एकतर्फी जहाजको टिकट पाए, भाग्यमानी ठान्नुपर्ने अवस्था छ। कतारको हवाई भाडा पनि उसैगरी बढेको छ। विगतमा ३० हजारसम्म एकतर्फी भाडा थियो। हाल काठमाडौंबाट कतार जान ८० हजारसम्म हवाई भाडा तिर्नुपर्ने अवस्था छ। पछिल्लोपटक नेपाली विद्यार्थीको मुख्य गन्तव्य बनेको जापानको हवाई भाडा वृद्धिको त कुरै नगरे हुन्छ। ६० हजारसम्म हवाई भाडा लाग्ने गरेको जापान पुग्न हाल १ लाख ३० हजार बढी तिर्नुपर्छ। मलेसियाको हवाई भाडा पनि दोब्बर बढीले बढेको छ। अर्थात्, नेपाली विद्यार्थी र श्रमिक जाने गन्तव्यको हवाई भाडा वृद्धि देख्दा जिब्रो टोक्नुपर्ने अवस्था छ। किन बढ्यो एक्कासि भाडा ? सरकारले त्रिभुवन अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विमानस्थल विस्तारका लागि १० घण्टा बन्द गर्ने निर्णय गर्‍यो। अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विमानका केही उडान कटौती भए। अनि, हतार–हतार अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय वायुसेवा कम्पनीले हवाई भाडा बढाए। यात्रुको चाप बढेको, तर अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय हवाई उडान कटौती भएको भन्दै अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विमान कम्पनीले नेपाली श्रमिक र विद्यार्थीको ढाड सेकिने गरी हवाई भाडा बढाए। जबकी, सरकारले त्रिभुवन विमानस्थलमा उडान कटौती भएकालाई भैरहवा र पोखराबाट सेवा सुरु गरेर ‘क्षतिपूर्ति’ असुल्न आग्रह गर्‍यो। त्रिभुवन विमानस्थलमा हुने ३० प्रतिशत उडान कटौतीलाई व्यवस्थापन गर्न नागरिक उड्डयन प्राधिकरणले २० प्रतिशत गौतमबुद्ध अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विमानस्थलबाट र १० प्रतिशत पोखराबाट उडान गराउने विकल्प दिएको थियो। यी विमानस्थलमा ग्राउन्ड ह्यान्डलिङमा ७५ प्रतिशत छुट दियो। यस्तै, ल्यान्डिङ-पार्किङलगायत सबैमा निःशुल्क व्यवस्था गर्‍यो। यस्तै, यात्रुलाई ३ हजार विमानस्थल शुल्क, १ हजार पर्यटन शुल्क र १३ प्रतिशत मूल्यअभिवृद्धि कर पनि छुट दियो। तर, पुरानो भाडा कायमै राख्नुको सट्टा अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विमान सेवाले ह्वात्तै भाडा बढाए। ५० देखि ३०० प्रतिशतसम्म भाडा वृद्धि गरेर मनलाग्द…
