DAILY 1000+ NEPALI WENT ABROAD FOR EMPLOYMENT

On an average, more than 1000 Nepali went abroad for foreign employment every day. From 603 a day in fiscal year 2008/09, the figure more than doubled to peak at 1424 per day in fiscal year 2013/14. But since then there has been a declining trend in foreign employment seekers.
