Today is #UniversalHealthCoverage Day with as theme for 2018 'Now is the Time for Collective Action'. According to the Ministry of Health, 52% of deliveries in #Nepal in FY 2016/2017 were conducted by a skilled birth attendant, while 55% of deliveries were institutional. #SDG3 #HealthForAll
