Today Muslims around the world are celebrating Eid al-Fitr, one of the most important Islamic festivals. The festival marks the end of Ramadan- the month-long fasting by Muslim community. In Nepal, 4.6% of the total national population are Muslims. Rautahat district followed by Kapilvastu has the highest Muslim population.
