There has been a rising cases of road accidents in Nepal over the past few years. In the past 11 months of this fiscal year, a total of 5051 cases of accidents were registered in which 168 persons lost their lives and 184 were seriously injured. On an average 15 accidents occur in a day resulting about 3-4 deaths per week.
